Birthday Wishes

This is a card I created for a Colour Challenge on ESAD. We were only to use Pretty In Pink, So Safforn, Certainly Celery and Crumb Cake and NO OTHER COLOURS!!!! It was hard, but this is what I came up with:

I have used Crumb Cake cardstock as my base and layered it with Pretty in Pink & So Saffron. The Pretty In Pink layer has been run through my Big Shot using the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder that had been swiped with Crumb Cake ink. This layer was then distressed and stitched to the So Saffron layer.

The Saffron butterfly has been hand cut using a chipboard butterfly as a template and then embossed with the Vintage Wallpaper folder as well. You can just see the chipboard butterfly behind.

The sentiment used is from 'Occasional Quotes' which is a Hostess set. Diamantes have been used to embellish the butterfly and the tag.

• Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, Diamantes from Jewels Basic Rhinestones
• Occasional Quotes Stamp set
